With the colder months in full swing, we're excited to offer shaved turkey, ham, and roast beef!
Plus, we also cater events, bringing the fun with a selection of our delicious sandwiches—guaranteed to have your guests asking for seconds!
More fun on the rise, we are looking into a Growler Station so you can take home some of our favorite brews. For now, you can come in for quality like no other!

Everything we ordered was exquisite, but especially pleasing was the shrimp cocktail appetizer (with tear-inducing sauce that rivals St. Elmo) and the smoked pork chop. The meal, the shop, and the quaint downtown were well worth the road trip. We’ll be back!

Visited downtown Shelbyville from north side of Indy with group of 11.. Made reservations for a private dinner at Spegals. Wait staff was very friendly and quick. Food was incredible including the desserts. Had the filet which was cooked to perfection and my wife had a pork chop which may have been better than the filet. Never would have thought a butcher shop could prepare dinner entrees like this. Note there is a limited menu and preselected our meals for our group.
